Tuktoyaktuk Visitor Feedback Insight Survey Merchandise Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The draw is open to all respondents of the Tuktoyaktuk Visitor Feedback Insight Survey, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk, as well as residents of Tuktoyaktuk, are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: Complete the Tuktoyaktuk Visitor Feedback Insight survey in its entirety. At the end of the survey, provide your contact information where indicated to be entered into the draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Prize: The winner will receive 1 piece of Tuktoyaktuk-branded merchandise. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. The value of this merchandise is not to exceed $250.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of each fiscal year (March 31). The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the end of the survey. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

5. Collection: The Incorporated Hamlet Tuktoyaktuk will arrange for the delivery of the prize to the winner's mailing address. Delivery may take up to 15 weeks from the date the winner provides a valid delivery address.

   • • Shipping Charges: Depending on the winner's mailing address, shipping charges may apply. The winner will be informed of any charges before the prize is shipped, and they may choose to accept the charges or forfeit the prize.

     • Prize Selection: Based on the location and delivery constraints, The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk reserves the right to offer an alternative prize.

   • Unclaimed Prize: If neither collection nor address provision for delivery occurs within the aforementioned time frame or if the winner decides to forfeit the prize due to shipping charges, the prize may be offered to another participant or used for another purpose at the discretion of The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk.

6. Privacy: By entering the draw, participants agree to The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk using their data for the purposes of administering the draw. All personal data will be held and used in accordance with ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT SNWT 1994,c.20.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the draw.

8. General: By entering the draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Incorporated Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw and these terms and conditions at any time.
