Health Care
The Rosie Ovayuak Health Centre is open five days per week and provides primary health care services. During non-office hours, a nurse is on call for emergencies. A visiting doctor serves the community once a month.

RCMP
Tuktoyaktuk has a six member RCMP detachment serving the community. The members play an active role in our community and in community events, and work diligently to ensure the safety and security of the community.

Volunteer Fire Department
The Tuktoyaktuk Volunteer Fire Department was established in 1970. Volunteer Fire Department members respond to structural and vehicle fires and other scenes when requested, they also perform a number of other duties in service to the community.
